If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 24-48 hours. In the case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
